Customercare is key!

Steves Auto Clinic made my Wednesday a #Black Friday! I had an small but unusual problem and the customer care and kindness I received was exemplary! I an new to Pretoria and left my mechanic of 30+ years behind! After trying the Mercedes Centurion, who are more interested in their pricing structure than their customers, and I won't be going there again! Then Google maps pulled up Steve's. I'm so glad I went there! Not only did Stephan solve my problem, but his staff very kindly gave me a deliciouscup of coffee while I waited! Thank you Stephan and staff for completely turning my day into a celebration! As a pensioner, I appreciate kindnesses more. Thank you very much!
