Bad service and second grade trade's man

I bought a battery and got the guys to tepair the alternator. Not even a year later the battery is dead and i have to replace the alternator. The alternator at Tata cost me R7000.00. The battery an extra R2000.00. The steves auto clibic people is neglegtant and has no care about good service. The bussiness has grown to big and now you get second grade tradesman abd floor managers working for them
