Bad cervice

Took my car to steve auto clinic pe ,for a major cervice ,from the start i feel something was wrong,went back to them ,they reset my computer for the oil.5 weeks after the cervice my car brake down ,it took 6 weeks to fix whe oder the parts by delta,steve auto clinic told me they only use original parts what is not true ,the use the wrong oil, dit not change the oil filter even they say they got a new 1.strip my ***** put it back with silicone. Dit not put a new air filter in,when whe told the owner he say but he dit not make a profit on the cervice because the plugs cost 2000 you only get the parts from delta,thats not my problem i pay him what he ask for a major cervice. What they not dit.it cost me R24.000 to fix my car plus his service money and towing money and to rent a car for 6 weeks ,now they have so many excuses, the manager of steve auto clinic admitted they use the wrong oil they dit not look in my car book for the recommended oil. I'm furious upset about them that they dont want to take responsibility of their mistakes,
