I contacted the Service Manager requested a quotation for the Installation of a new Clutch plate, pressure plate and thrust bearing, (I Supp**** the new Clutch)The quote was supp**** and included in the price was the skimming of the flywheel, the time given for the installation was 3 days ?. After the 3 days no one called to notify that the job was completed. On the morning off day 4 i called and was told that the clutch has a problem and will take longer, the clutch did not engage? (The flywheel was not skimmed as was planned from my point of view) The 4 wheel drive gears did not engage the lever was stuck. after day 7 the vehicle was handed back after payment for the service. on further self inspection the Speedometer cable was not working on inspection the fastener normally ***** fitted on the gearbox was broken off and missing, the gearbox holding bracket bolts was not all replaced two plates with four bolts normally, but the front plate only one bolt per side in place the other two bolts missing the back plate only one bolt per side the other two bolts missing. All the wiring plugs normally neatly tapped together was hanging loose all over. What service record is this type off business creating, from experience I will never recommend this business to any body. The client satisfaction and safety is not taken into consideration.
