Terrible Service
Service here is absolutely atrocious! And there is a severe lack of integrity.
They wanted to bill 1.5 hours labour to open 2 bolts and then **** about work involved. When I called them out on that the owner got upset tried to insult me even using racial implications as apparently my type only drive ‘Nissan bakkies’.
I asked them to leave my car after which they proceeded to ‘not damage’ anything. The owner kept making jokes in Afrikaans where him and his worker collectively laughed.
Never use these ……..
I would never thought SAC would encourage a workshop like this to be part of the franchise.

It is not true that we imp**** that your type drives Nissan 1440 bakkies. We used is as an example to explain the complexity of the repair. The quote that was given to repair the car was for 2 control arms and 2 x lower control arm bushes. When you arrived you gave the service advisor a steering knuckle and imp**** that it is just two bolt. We must just do it while we are busy. We requoted and you did not accept the quote. The car was handed back to you after you in****ed me over the phone and through racial comment around. I have proof on camera and sound track if someone is interested. I did not speak "Afrikaans" to you at any point as per video recording. Only spoke to my Afrikaans staff member about business related items.

I rejected the quote as your service advisor **** about the many parts that was required to be stripped and did not return to me with that list as promised (as they were none). The sudden realization that they could not trick me into paying additional labour was what led him and you to get angry and insult... Your reference to Nissan bakkies for apparent 'comparison' further displays your inability to deal with customers regardless of your insinuation.
You also refer to camera proof - Please do provide your camera proof, as they would display exactly what I say. You forget I recorded the convo and showed you this.. Again, Im happy to take this up legally especially considering the spiteful damage on my car. I'm sure your camera has your reaction to how you sarcastically referred to the damage done.
