WORTS SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!

If you google worst service ever the Stevens & Co Montague Gardens in Cape Town will pop up. Worst service under the sun. Send in a Scroll saw for evaluation 3 weeks ago. No jobcard. No email. No sms. Had to phone this useless place every time to follow up. Salesperson keeps on telling the machine is allocating to a technician. 10 Nov i have phoned them for the 8th time in 3 weeks. The salesperson said i will get a quote for repairs today 11 Nov 2022 and nothing. This people has no customer service at all
