Well done Ryobi Africa

i was very impressed with Ryobi Africa , last year i bought a twin head 50 l Ryobi compressor for my small business , 2 weeks whilst using at a clients premises some bolts came off between the motor and where the part that holds the pistons , one bolt broke off in the motor . I went onto Ryobis web site and sent a message about the machine , i did not expect a response , to my surprise 2 days later Eric phoned me and asked if i could bring the machine in to Midrand for them to look at , i did this and received a job card number . Week later received a sms that the repair would cost R3650 . 00 . I was aware that is was still under its 2 year guarantee and rep**** to them i wanted it fixed but under the guarantee , day later Eric phoned they would not fix it but replace with a brand new compressor , i collected it today and it is brand new , super impressed with Ryobi service and Erics prompt proffesioinal service , thankyou
