To give a one star to this company is to compliment them. There is no service to speak of. They make promises that they know for a fact that they will not keep. They should actually be awarded a minus 10 star. It is absolutely past poor and pathetic.

They have promised that a service consultant will contact me and that was 3 days ago. Nothing is happening. Poor absolutely poor.

Eric from Stevens & Co has contacted me shortly after posting the above. I have to thank Eric for the service provided and solving my problem amicably. I really appreciate it. My faith in Ryobi is now restored and I will give them 4 stars. Thank you once again.
