VERY POOR SERVICE!

VERY POOR SERVICE! I am still waiting for a credit since 21 November 2023. Tomorrow 12 December 2023 will be exactly 3 weeks since I put in my credit request. I purchased a belt sander from Ryobi, Port Elizabeth (Stevens & Co) for R1,250.00 on 18 November 2023. The same day I happened to be in Builders Express & saw the exact same model selling for R999.00. I immediately phoned Ryobi to complain, but all they could say was that there was nothing they could do about it & I could return it for credit. Which I did, but had to put a credit request in myself. After a number of emails a man phoned me on 6 December 2023 & promised me that my money would be in my account by Friday 8 December 2023. By this morning 11 December there was still nothing deposited in my account. I phoned this morning & was told that they needed a second signature before they could make the deposit. I have purchased many Ryobi products in the past, but will not be purchasing them anymore.
