Useless stevens and company

Stevens and company in Springfield Park are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They have absolutely no concept of customer service. I went to buy an adjusting ***** for mt petrol chain saw. They did not have (no surprise) but said there was one in JHB which they would get for me. 3 weeks later I called in to be told their stock information was wrong they do not have but if I bring the machine in their technician will sort it out for me. Nobody called to tell me.

A week after handing in the machine, I called in to be told they cannot find a ***** but they would give me discount on a new machine. I left.

They expect me to believe that not one machine in their entire range uses such a *****.

I have never in my life come across such an *********** useless crowd. They are nothing but a disgrace.
