Unhappy customer
<p>My late father got himself a ryobi petrol trimmer 3 years ago since he used it for less than 20 hours in total as he had very small aera in townhouse.He died shorty after so I decided this year to use it with no luck.It will run for a while and than stops so I decided to take it to the agent in midrand for repairs to be told that model now no longer be repaired and be quoted R2350 same as orignal purchase amout.</p> <p>What a shame to sell trimmers of this quality.</p>
I JUST WANT TO APOLOGISE BUT RUNNING RYOBI DOWN MY TRIMMER WAS COUPLE MORE YEARS OLDER BUT STILL THEY WENT OUT THERE WAY TO HELP ME.AFTER TWO VISITS TO THERE SERVICE DEP. I REALISED THAT THE DEP. IS VERY WELL RUN BY ERIC AND ORGANISED THAT I DECIDED TO BUY COUPLE MORE OF THERE PRODUCTS IAM A HAPPY CUSTOMER
