Unfair Pricing

I took my electric chainsaw in as the chain kept coming loose. A week later, Ryobi Service informed me that I needed a new chain, chain tensor, and other parts, and this is for a product of theirs thst I used, no more than five times. What makes matters worse, is that they said it was economical to have the repairs done (R1,080), for a machine I bought brand new for R1,000 at Game. And even today, the same chainsaw can be had for less than R1,200 at Game. Shocking!
