Terrible service

It's really not on. Same problem; when I fetched my tools on 23.11.22 , I also handed in a belt sander and requested to receive a sms/call regarding the costs involved. On 6.12.22 I phoned whereupon I was informed that the sander is with a technician. (16,01.23) still no reaction. Will never use them again.
