Terrible Service

Very disappointed in Ryobi (Stevens &Co)... I needed Reed Valves for two of my clients. Its going on three weeks after numerous emails to JHB branch and Nelspruit branch. They have a 48 hour service delivery but its now 3 weeks later and NOTHING. My clients think I am the *********** service provider in the meantime its my supplier for parts RYOBI.
