Terible Tool

The reason I am posting this on Hello Peter is because i cant find a mail adress to send to Ryobi personly.<br> I've baught a Ryobi CHT-40K mini tool kit, I do large amounts of carving, engraving fine cutting, i've been doing it for the past 10 Years, I have had 2, I look well after them, For my wedding, I decided that the wedding gifts for each guest must be a engraved glass, I aspecialy baught a new dremil for that job, from day one, the new dremil heated up so badly at the point that i had to switch it off after each glas for at least 10 mins, I then went and had the wedding, after cumming back and sorting out personal stuff, I took the dremil to the supplyer and complaint about the fact that i cant work like that, they informed me that the suppliers close over december, and that i should come back januarie, i think its terrible that I have to batle so much with this product, I especialy chose it, as all my tools are ryobi, giving the quality and service i am receiving, i dont belive that my business will suport Ryobi futher.
