Super fast repair and it was free -THANK YOU RYOBI

Handed in my drill yesterday for repairs, I was informed that it could take up to a week. I explained it was urgent. Less than 3 hrs later I received an sms informing me that my drill was ready for collection and that it will cost zero. At first I thought it was a mistake - I collected the drill this morning and it is working 100%, reason for no cost was they repaired some part and did not need to replace it. Incredible service Well done - I will most certainly buy more Ryobi products in the future.
