Stevens & Co is distributing **** products [RYOBI]

Bought a RYOBI generator @ Game store Welkom, in June 2022 & first time using it it was leaking petrol & oil. I took it back for repairs, since it only had a month & was still under warrantee. It took them full 21 working days for them to repair it but came back with the same problem & even worse it couldn't even start anymore. It was as if they never even touched it, let alone repairing it. I went back to Game [Welkom] again on Saturday [22 October 2022] & told them that I no longer want the generator, since they even failing to repair it & I'm also using lot of money everyday during load-shedding as i am unable to work. But the manger of Game Welkom Mr. Sonwabo told me that he cannot refund my money as he needed to contact the supplier/agency. Then he called me only on Tuesday [25 October 2022] told me the lame excuse, claiming that the supplier are saying the generator is still under warrantee, which they failed to repair. He couldn't provided me with the written feedback or the name & tittle of the supplier that he was communicating with. GAME, RYOBI are ****s & I'm going to encourage everyone I know [even on social media] to never to buy any RYOBI products distributed by Stevens & Co & not buy anything @ Game Stores as they are both ****s. I am going to contact & write an email to the National Consumer Commission & also to my attorney regarding this matter & I'm never going to let this go until I get all my money back.
