Short Electric cord
I bought a Ryobi drill because of the features I needed. Big surprise first time I wanted to use it. It comes with a ONE meter cord. How ridiculous is that, my kettle comes with a longer cord. It means I have to cart an extension cord with me every time I want to use the drill

As discussed over the phone, the best will be if you can take the unit in to our branch in Cape Town and they will fit a new and longer cord on to the unit for you at no charge. We did discuss this with our branch manager in Cape Town and they will help you when you come in at the same time. Please see the address and contact details for our branch in Cape Town below.
