Shocking customer service

<p>On the 30th of May I purchased a Ryobi 800w Jigsaw from Builders Express Hillcrest for R950. This model comes with a supposed 24month warranty. On the 1st of August I returned the product to Builders as it was "jumping" and not cutting straight. It was sent to Ryobi who returned it a month later. After using it for another month and the same problem reccuring, it packed up completely. It got returned to Builders on the 25th October, who have just called today 23rd November to say it will cost R850 to fix! So much for the 2 year warranty. Hardly worth fixing as a new machine is R950 and will no doubt break again.</p>
