Ryobi, your service is tops

Ryobi Powertools ( new offices in Montague Drive CT) The service I received on multiple occasions was outstanding. Power tools can malfunction and their advice and repair is great. I do not have too many questions to answer why , they take the machine examine. The problem was a faulty cable and the guarantee had expired. I got an SMS within a few days telling me the tool is ready for collection. To my elation there was no bill to be paid. May I add that this is the reason why I keep using Ryobi tools, SERVICE is their best adverti*****t. Thank you Ryobi- Guys!!
