Ryobi world class back up service

I purchased a Ryobi electric lawn mower around 10 years ago and damaged the motor by overloading whilst cutting so I took it to Ryobi Gauteng with the intention of having it repaired as it was out of guarantee however they gave me a new machine that was amazing. I then purchased a Ryobi petrol lawn mower recently and after around 2,5 years it lost power this time due to the air filter not being cleaned during dry dusty conditions that damaged the engine so I sent the machine to Ryobi Capetown with intention of having them repair the unit with cost to myself however once again they gave me a brand new lawn mower as the replacement which is absolutely amazing. I have never experienced such excellent back up service from any company I have ever dealt, especially when items are out of the warranty period, so well done Ryobi and I strongly recommend supporting them with value for money equipment.
