Ryobi tools give up too quick

I purchased the Ryobi 550 w line trimmer, and only using it for about 3 minutes it started smoking, I send it in for repairs and Ryobi said I'm using it incorrectly 🫣... I tried it again and the smoke started like 2 minutes into using it. I had Game Zewenwacht send it back to Ryobi. I was called today with a R700+ quote as the motor is not covered under warranty... I've noticed many people selling Ryobi **** eater and lawn movers for spare parts, guess the lawn tool are made for the shelves, not for the job...
