Ryobi service sucks

<p>I bought a 850w ryobi drill on 26 09 16 at builders riverhorse in durban. The chuck packed up on 25 10 16. Took it back and ryohis response AFTER taking it back for 5 days (any idiot ciuld see the chuck was jammed) i was told that I Must have use something in the drill to damage it. And now it is not under warranty. THIS NOT EVAN AFTER A MONTH!!!!!!!!! What about consumer rights with something that breaks within a month?????</p>
