Ryobi products and Bad customer service

Ryobi, grinders and drills as well as other electrical goods, but we experience that the brushes are finished even before the warranty expires which tells us that there’s a defect in there products. We approached Riverside Mica in Vanderbijlpark by asking them to order brushes, however they told us that they had contacted there representative and that they as Ryobi had/have no spare brushes available. The question, however, is; how can they sell the product if there are no spare parts available?

We send threw an complaint to Ryobi customer services on the 25th of November and still no one gave us an answer. This is pathetic.

Dear Mias, We thank you for your review of Hellopeter as we would like to assist you from our side and we want to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately brushes is normal wear and tear items and does not fall part of the warranty. Please can we ask for the model number of the units in order for us to advise stock availability on the correct brushes for your units? Again we want to apologise for any inconvenience. Thank you Kind Regards,
