Ryobi piece of ****

The makers of the **** Ryobi ........... bought a Ryobi in November of last year for R1299 three weeks ago it packed up sent it back to game for repairs - yesterday two days before the 21 day cut off time they sent a message to game that it was badly used and as such they were not repairing the machine and that it would cost me R1450 to repair !!!!! I am the only one who used that machine and like the machines previously I looked after it if they use **** parts that's not my fault and as such they should cover the repair !!! How am I supposed to have treated it bad in such a short period I think its because they used **** parts as this is the third Ryobi that has had problems the first one the turn on switch didn't work and the second one it just cut off so obviously there is a problem on their side - this is going to the consumer council as its downright ridiculous if you think I am going to pay for repairs to a machine that I have looked after and just because they use third rate parts is their fault also no wonder builders warehouse stopped selling them I have heard of many people who have had problems with these machines
