Ryobi Parts and poor after service

I like Ryobi products but I just realised that it is only good as long as you've got a new product or as long as the product is working. When you want to order a part - there is no one who sells it!!!!

I bought a second hand Ryobi table saw. The blade was totally messed up - so I've tried to find a new blade. No company in Ladysmith sells Ryobi parts. I've order a blade at Mica from the Ryobi rep and it will hopefully be here after three weeks! Until then I won't be able to start the wor****

The manager at Game Ladysmith has spent about an hour on the phone, trying to find me a new blade - with no joy. The earliest one can be here in two weeks time.

Ryobi is not a bad product. Why is their afterservice so pathetic???

I will think twice before buying a Ryobi product again.

Reviewer Update

Erick Bezuidenhout van Stevens & Co (Pty) Ltd phoned me within a couple of minutes and he has sorted out my problem. He promised that I will have a blade early next week. Excellent service!!! Thank you Erick!!

I'd like to change my rating because of Erick, but it still would not be a 5 because of the lack of parts available in the stores. I hope that can change.
