Ryobi once again dissapoints, worst aftersale ever

So 3 weeks ago I went to Builders Express in Lambton, spoke to Lucas to order me blades for my planer. Monday he came back to me and said that the blades should be there latest on the 1st, its now the 11th. Saturday the 9th I gave Stevens & Co a call to hear what the story is, Thabo (assisted Lucas and myself) told me there is consignments outside but can tell me the content (I work in a huge retail company and if someone had to ask me what is in one of the 7 containers I receive daily and my answer is \I don't know"then surely I am not the right person for the job) He came back to me after an hour and told me that my blades will be here the 20th"
