Ryobi Montaque Gardens

I bought a hbs230 bandsaw a while ago. The innder tire broke and I went from hardware to hardware just to find no stock. I was refered to Ryobi in Montaque gardens. Their I was told they dont have stock but I can go to HM Technologies in parow. The can make me one. Got their to be informed they do only rollers. They do not know where Ryobi got their info from. I phoned Ryobi again last week Thursday to ask for this part. Again I was informed that they do not have stock and dont know where I can find. Upon my question when they expecting stock, the person (i think was Byron) informed me that they will let me know. They took my phone number email adress and advise they will check and come back to me. Up untill now. Noo response and I have machine that is useless to me.
