Ryobi Midrand Sucks

I Bought a brand new Ryobi 8.5KVA. I was advised that after certain hours the generator must go for a service. We took it to Ryobi Midrand and after waiting 2weeks for my quotation I accepted the quote. We waited another week for the service and after collecting the Generator we noticed that they change my battery with an old battery. This is pathetic really

Dear Tanya, We thank you review on Hellopeter and we want to apologise for any inconvenience caused with the delay and service you have received from our branch in Midrand, please can we ask to provide us with more details regarding the repair handed in with us we would like to investigate from our side as it does not sound correct for us to fit 2nd hand parts on to the repairs that we do?
