Ryobi: Guarantees useless and products of poor quality

<p>I have purchased a number of Ryobi products (through Makro Ottery) including 3 x battery drill and 2 x grinders. All of these have packed up and Ryobi does not honour the guarantees! </p> <p> </p> <p>Batteries and chargers are suddenly accessories (though not specified as such in guarantee document) and internal components of "industrial quality" grinder under two-year guarantee fail and these are not guaranteed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Product quality is poor and guarantees are not worth the paper they are written on!</p>
