Ryobi Generator

I bought a Ryobi generator at Game stores in March and it was mulfunctioning within the 1st use i took it back for repairs which took more than 30 days to be fixed at The Ryobi service center in Midrand it came back after the 30 days and i fetched it from Game in Mamelodi Mams Mall i tried to use it again and it still mulfunctioned i returned it again today asking for a refund because it still has the same problem and i am left behind at work and arlt the verge of loosing my job. Ryobi still wants to fix it again which will result in the same problem again and i atill have to wait another 30 days. I am tired and i just need my money back i will rather buy a UPS ,Ryobi and Game Mams Mall does not care about their customers needs and customer service,my wprk load is a lot and i cant manage without backup i took all my savings to buy that generator and i feel like it was the worst mistake i have ever made since i was born,it took tears, hardwork,stress and an entire savings to purchase that generator which i jave only used less than 10 times and already its giving me problems,the people of Ryobi you are robbing people and someone needs to deal with you legally to stop you from selling us factory fault goods and the worst customer service. I cannpt atop to stresa and i will NEVER EVER recommend Ryobi to anyone or even buy anything from Ryobi again,its a life lesson. The worst thing ever,daylight *******. I just want my money back.NEVER EVER BUY A RYOBI PRODUCT IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!
