Ryobi, builders warehouse

So i have most of the ryobi battery operated tools ... i got a grinder for a give and the grinder burned out , send it back as it was purchased by builds warehouse sunwardpark, ryobi said i can have a replacement, but now builds don't want to exchange the unit , so guys be careful of buying this brand at builds . I will be selling all of my ryobi tools and get a brand that will keep there warranty .
