Some six months ago I bought a Ryobi sheet sander. A short while ago it developed a fault. Following a telephone call it was sent to the Ryobi Service centre in Cape Town. The next day Simelane emailed to say the item would be replaced. Two days later, a brand new sander arrived by courier. All at no charge. Well done Ryobi. Supplier of note and all my future power tools.
