Ryobi

Now after taking my generator back 3 times for repairs for the same thing Ryobi still doesnt want to refund me and theres no report to show they tried to fix the generator and the lady at returns says i must come take the generator back and she will not refund me without any report of the factory fault generator. How can Ryobi be so heartless and **** us of our hard earned money
