Please be advised that I am simply perplexed by your finding of malfunction due to lack of oil.

So my question is if this lawnmower came with factory oil which I agree it did , then the assumption of a dry motor would point to a factory mechanically defect.

Furthermore 2 weeks prior to the engine malfunction I did check oil and topped up plus minus 80ml and the dipstick measurement taken on a level ground was at max level.

I am a technician by trade and this is information gathered by your repairer is not being disputed the mechanical failure on your product within 4months of use is totally outstanding and ********* by blaming the user of inferior quality I can deliberate further if possible signs of engine failure in detail if you would like me to and none was evident.

In closing I am not paying for a factory malfunction and if you think I would you are under a great misapprehension , Ryobi is putting me under financial constraint by hiring a service to attend to my lawn .

So moving forward I will invoice every landscaper that attends to my lawn and I will due fully sue you for my cost , I have viewed hello peter and will be adding my complaint with to the other complaints placed on the site with similar products.

I need this resolved as soon as possible or my money back as soon as possible if not I will proceed to sue both franchises please consider your findings further I will not allow this ********* blaming to go any further this is pathetic please refund or repair at your cost.
