Booked in 3 items for repairs at the Umhlanga branch. Received messages that they were not going to be covered under warranty. Called their office and spoke to a gentleman who made me understand as to why items wouldn't be covered . This was a meaningful conversation as it made me understand what's covered and what's not. As goodwill gesture he offered reduced price on repairs and goodwill repairs. I really thought I would be writing a review as a complaint but you got to commend the tremendous service I received. You have restored my faith in the Ryobi brand. Team Umhlanga well done.
