Hi<br> <br> I purchased a RYOBI Circular saw HCS 1250 on the 05/01/2016 from Builders Warehouse River horse vally. On the morning of the 9/01/2016 the saw stopped working.The saw was than taken back to builders warehouse on the 9/01/2016 and the query was given to the sales person by the name of Sabelo.I explained to Sabelo I urgently required the saw back.I was told by him to drop of the saw at Stevens & CO Springfield which I immediately did.I phoned in on Tuesday 11/01/2016 and was told they will phone back in 15min with regards to the state of the saw.I waited an hour to which I had made the attempt to phone back.I was told the saw cannot be repaired and I will have to take it back to Builders Warehouse.So poor was the service of Stevens & Co i was not given any report with the saw returned.Back at Builders Warehouse I was made to wait endlessly for assistance only to be told they will re-book the saw in to be checked .WHAT FOR????? Have they not checked it the first time.Now I must wait for 21 days to be given another lame excuse. It did not even last 3days.<br> <br> <br> I Received a call back on the 6 FEb 2016 stating that the repair will cost R945.I paid R645 for the unit brand new unit
