Poor Sevice

I did have work done here previously and found their service exceptional. Lately the same cannot be said. On 4.10.22 I handed in a Blower (which just had to be assembled) as well as a Chainsaw (for service). On 21.10.22 I phoned to enquire whether they will message me (as they have done previously) when I can collect the items. The lady rep**** they would and that a technician is busy with the items. I have also raised my concern on their website Q section. Needless to say, I have heard nothing.
