Poor quality products !

We bought a brand new generator, after about 10 uses, it refused to start. We returned it to Game. Waited a month, and the machine was "repaired" full of scratches and looks like and old used machine ! Very poor after sales service ! They simply take your money, and sells no good equipment. I demand a refund, and they must come and fetch their low quality product. This is a disgrace !!!!
