Poor Build and Quality

Over the last few years i have purchased three specific tools that have been an absolute nightmare.

1. cld-1860k 18 volt impact driver drill. 2. hid-500 handy line drill. 3. hg-650 hand line grinder.

These three items have not lived up to any kind of expectation i have had in your line of products.

Item 1 has had absolute terrible battery life, the batteries do not last. after a full charge 1 of the the included batteries lasts approximately 5 minutes od ***** driving and approximately 2 minutes of drilling. the second battery has no charge after a few seconds of use in any application.

Item 2 has already been replaced in the less than a year i have owned it, for switching over to hammer action whilst using it in normal drilling mode. which strangely has been an issue with the replacement item as well, overall quality and build is poor and it lacks power.

Item 3 has been i use for approximately 5 months since its purchase in march. upon first use the locking pin button come off and the spring which keeps the pin from locking got lost. the item was sent in to the store i purchased it from the be sent in for assessment. i was told that it was out of wty due to the button of the the lock pin being taken of and the spring was removed. i was then told that i was liable for the costs. i refused as i did not incur the loss of the spring of the locking pin.

Overall i am extremely dissatisfied with these products and i will no longer be a consumer of any of your products, i feel that the service i have received buy the supplier / manufacturer has been totally unprofessional and the quality of your products has seriously taken a downfall from the product i have grown up with and used most of my life. and i will most definitely express my dissatisfaction to my work colleagues and friend and will definitely encourage them to not purchase any of your products.
