Poor after sales consumables.

I should have verified from Hellopeter before buying a Ryobi Product. The products are actually quite good. The build quality is great for the price which is decent. The issue is that the after sales consumables are horrid. Do not expect to be able to buy a grinding wheel for their HBG620 Grinder product. If you bought the grinder at Builders, they do not stock the replacement wheels. If you buy a Cut-off saw at Chamberlains, they do not stock discs for it. After contacting their helpline via email, it was not answered. I could get a replacement wheel from TorqueCraft, but do NOT expect Ryobi to sell you consumables. Rather buy Bosch as they love selling you consumables.

After initially not being able to get help, Erick put the situation into context. It changed a very unhappy customer to one that has the necessary information to where I can get the consumables I need. Thanks Erick Bezuidenhout.

Reviewer Update
Just another update. What started out as a bad customer experience turned me into a logal customer. After visiting uour shop in Midrand, I buy only Ryobi products. The guys selling the spares (decently priced as well) are really knowledgeable about the product ranges and supp**** me with the correct parts every time!
