Pensionet charged for callout for fixing item under warranty.

My 81 year old husband bought a Ryobi Lawnmower a few weeks ago. After a few uses, the starting cord came out and when put back it did not retract. As our gardener is on leave, he could not load it into the car to take it back to the shop. So he contacted the agent and they agreed to send someone out. After several days they sent someone to fix it. However they charged a R450 callous fee fir a oriduct that's under warranty!! Great way to treat a pensioner! Disgusted with them to say the least!
