Pathetic service from Kovlin Ryobi Durban

I bought a Ryobi grass cutter from game in October 2023 .it is hardly used now it doesn't start.phoned Durban branch spoke to Kovlin one arrogant worker.he thinks he is talking to a child.donot buy a Ryobi product because the after sales stinks.buy a more reputable brand.massmart will be getting an email from me further I will put it in the public domain for them to reconsider dealing with Ryobi
