Pathetic Customer Service
Ryobi Port Elizabeth - pathetic service. No joy - too much effort to order a part or get a straight answer from the particular salesperson. More than one person in Jeffreys Bay that had the same experience. We do not have an Ryobi agent in town - the closest is PE (70 km drive) Never have parts in stock and also cannot tell you when they will have stock available. The majority of my elderly dads equipment is Ryobi - please tell me WHY should I support this brand in future. Your certainly do not deserve his loyalty.
