Incomplete Glue Gun Set

Bought a Ryobi Glue gun.. Sealed pack... When I opened it there were a part missing. Emailed Stevens & Co as instructed in manual and have been going back and forth. Had several promises of the missing part that will be delivered. I was communicating with Ilse-Marie Goosen and I pretty sure she is at that point were she is just ignoring me. 3 MONTHS LATER STILL NO MISSING PART THAT I PAID FOR.
