Great service advice
I have since spoken to Erick from Stevens and Co after my review on Hellopeter. He assured me they will recheck my generator and today he called again and told me they have rechecked it and will repair it free of charge as a courtesy. He also gave me advice on how to look after this generator going forward. I am satisfied with their service from here.
