Great recovery

I wrote a review just so everyone would know how unhappy I was with the product. I never actually expected a response from Ryobi(Stevens & Co). They contacted me and dealt with the issues very professionally and timeously. Then they even went the extra mile and really exceeded my every expectation. Great service from a very bad start. Great job!
