Good to bad... Worst ever experience on my purchase 453759

On my 3rd generator however this will be my last. My luck this 3rd generator is a dud. I dealt with the service center many a time and they are / were F@B however, it is interesting to see that all of a sudden certain part that are key to making a generator work is classified as a consumable. Right a carburetor is a consumable item, really!! Exactly 1 year on and boom it is ******ed and i need to fork out R2k again. This after I replaced the voltage regulator on month 3 at my cost.

I will never recommend Stevens and Co nor Ryobi at all. You have lost a loyal customer of almost 10yrs
