Game Alberton and Ryobi

The machine I bought for just a month is now faulty.I bought the machine at game store in Alberton. Apparently, Ryobi says the trim cutter is for home usage where else Game said it is for industrial use as I needed that for business purpose. Now I was charged for the repairs which I PAID LAST week Friday. The machine was repaired last Saturday and I have not been given my machine back. I would like for my machine to be retuned asap to the Game Alberton.

Someone was assisting me from Stevens and Co I kept on telling him to call back ,he never did. The experience has been terrible between Game and Ryobi.

A gentleman by the name of Thulani called me yesterday to assure me that my machine will be delivered by today now customer services are telling me that they are only expecting the machine by Monday next week.
Why would they lie on me.
I WILL EXPECT THIS MACHNE TO E DELIVER TO THE STORE BY TODAY PLEASE
