Extremely disappointed

I bought Ryobi RG-2700 Generator Nov 2022. I use it for TV, WIFI, and Lights. In April 2023 it stopped working. Took it back to the builder's warehouse where I bought it. Ryobi responded with a list of 11 broken things that need repair with a quotation of R2134. Mind you this generator has a 2-year guarantee but they want me to pay. They said the generator needs to be serviced every 20 hours and mine is faulty because I did not service it after 20 hours or overload. does this generator not come with an overload protector if not what is the point of paying R7000 for something that is not up to STD?
